NOVELTY - Preparing composite graphene anti-corrosive powder coating, comprises (i) weighing 3-4 pts. wt. composite graphene, 70-78 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-1.5 pts. wt. pigment, 5-6 pts. wt. curing agent, and 2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, (ii) adding each raw material in step (i) into the stirrer, stirring for 40 minutes at a rotating speed of 150 revolution per minute to obtain mixed raw material, (iii) placing the obtained mixed raw material in a drying box for drying treatment to obtain needed dried raw material, (iv) adding the obtained dried raw material into twin-screw extruder for melting, extruding and pressing to obtain sheet, where the temperature of the twin-screw extruder in the first area is 105 ℃, the temperature in the second area is 125 ℃, the temperature in the third area is 110 ℃, and the temperature in the fourth area is 105 ℃, and (v) crushing the obtained sheet, grinding, and sieving to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite graphene anti-corrosive powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene anti-corrosive powder coating has excellent hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility and mechanical properties, and improves coating performance.
