NOVELTY - Multi-core flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable comprises cable comprising multiple insulating wire cores (1), mineral insulating layer, aluminum strip (3) and flexible sheath (4). Each insulated wire core comprises wire core conductor (11) and fire-resistant insulating layer wrapped on surface of wire core conductor. The mineral insulating layer (2) comprises 15-24 wt.% of plastic elastomer, 9-16 wt.% magnesium oxide, 5-12 wt.% silicon nitride, 5-10 wt.% aluminum oxide, 10-15 wt.% magnesium calcium silicate, 1-5 wt.% chlorinated paraffin and talcum powder. The flexible sheath comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 10-15 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer, 5-12 pts. wt. mineral fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil, 3-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 2-7 pts. wt. modified magnesium hydroxide, 2-5 pts. wt. talcum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. composite flame retardant and 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - Multi-core flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable. ADVANTAGE - The multi-core flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable is easy to form, has good flexibility, high temperature resistance and high overload capacity, and enables length of finished cable to be longer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing multi-core flexible mineral-insulated fireproof cable, which involves: a. stranding multiple strands of anaerobic soft copper wires to form wire core conductor; b. wrapping fireproof insulating layer on surface of core conductor to obtain insulating core; c. cabling and stranding multiple insulated wire cores, extruding mineral insulating layer on surface of stranded wire cores, and finally wrapping mineral insulating layer by using aluminum tape; and d. extruding and wrapping flexible sheath on surface of aluminum strip to obtain multi-core flexible mineral insulation fireproof cable.
