▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-stability carbon crystal powder comprises 0.5-2 wt.% graphene and carbon nanotube, 2-9 wt.% auxiliary agent, and 89-97.5 wt.% carbon material. USE - Used as high-stability carbon crystal powder. ADVANTAGE - The carbon crystal powder: is heated uniformity; and has greatly improved service-life property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-stability carbon crystal powder, comprising (i) dissolving 1 pts. wt. graphene oxide in aqueous solution, adjusting pH using sodium carbonate to 9, ultrasonically processing for 15-45 minutes, centrifuging for 15-45 minutes under speed of 2000 rotations/minute (rpm), treating with 5-10 pts. wt. sodium borohydride at 60-80 degrees C, partially reducing for 0.5-2 hours, filtering to impurities, and then using distilled water to adjust the mother liquid pH to 7; (ii) dripping 1-2 pts. wt. p-sulfophenyldiazonium tetrafluoroborate to the resulting solution, stirring at room temperature for 4-8 hours, processing ultrasonic treatment for 15-45 minutes, then adding 1-2 pts. wt. p-sulfophenyldiazonium tetrafluoroborate, stirring at room temperature for 4-8 hours, adding sodium carbonate to adjust pH to 10, and obtaining partially reduced sulfonated graphene; (iii) adding the sulfonated graphene with 25-40 pts. wt. hydrazine (50-60%), and reacting at 90-120 degrees C for 18-30 hours; (iv) ultrasonically processing the sulfonated graphene solution, centrifuging under speed of 2000 rpm, and filtering to remove impurities; (v) mixing and grinding the carbon material, auxiliary agent and carbon nanotube, then adding the treated sulfonated graphene solution to adjust viscosity and amount of graphite, and ultrasonically processing for 10-40 minutes; and (vi) using a three-roller machine for fully and uniformly dispersing to obtain a thick suspension liquid, drying at 100-300 degrees C for 1-10 hours to obtain the carbon crystal powder.
