NOVELTY - A wear-resistant high-adhesion environmentally-friendly aqueous coating comprises 56-57 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 23-24 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 21-22 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 8-9 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-6 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.4-1.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.9-2.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. pigment, 2.6-2.7 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Wear-resistant high-adhesion environmentally-friendly aqueous coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly aqueous coating has excellent abrasion resistance, wear resistance and high adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant high-adhesion environmentally-friendly aqueous coating comprises 56-57 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 23-24 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 21-22 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 8-9 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-6 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.4-1.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.9-2.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. pigment, 2.6-2.7 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water. The modified graphene is prepared by mixing 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 20-25 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution in a reaction container (I) in water bath at 62-65 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing at 15-15 kHz with 800-1000 W for 2-3 hours to obtain material (A), placing the material (A) into 1.2-1.6x 104 pts. wt. de-ionized water, adjusting the pH value to 6.8-7.1 after aging for 1.1-1.4 hours, filtering and drying to obtain material (B), adding material (B), 16-20 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, and 8-11 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide to a reaction container (II), reacting at 72-76 degrees C, under the protection of nitrogen, maintaining the temperature for 20-22 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.6-1 hour, aging for 1.1-1.4 hours, filtering, and drying to obtain material (C), adding material (C) and 5-8 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine to a reaction container (III), uniformly mixing, ultrasonically dispersing at 55-58 kHz with 850-1100 W for 3-5 hours, heating the reaction container (III) at 105-112 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 3.2-4 hours, distilling under reduced pressure for 0.5-1 hour, filtering, and drying. The sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution comprises 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution and 53-54 wt.% nitric acid solution according to volume ratio of (1.3-1.4):(4.2-4.3).
