NOVELTY - Preparing an antibacterial graphene-containing upper mesh cloth involves weaving short fiber yarn such as ultra high molecular weight polyethylene/polyester blended yarn, graphene polyamide, cotton, terylene, terylene short fiber yarn or graphene polyamide filament and lycra fiber to obtain weaved mesh fabric. The obtained fabric is subjected to moderate steaming and shaping, and the finished product is a honeycomb fabric composed of multiple meshes, and has vertical density of 30-40 lines/5cm, and weight of 80-100g/m2. USE - Method for preparing an antibacterial graphene-containing upper mesh cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare an antibacterial graphene-containing upper mesh cloth, which has simple preparation technique, antibacterial deodorization and elastic force, wear resistance, compact texture, soft hand feeling, superior dimensional recovery and ventilation property, good application prospect, and is suitable for mass production.
