ADVANTAGE - The composite light anode is efficiently prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite light anode, which involves preparing uniform graphene/titanium oxide nano particle thin film as barrier on fluorine-doped tin oxide glass and titanium oxide nano particle as seed crystal for growth titanium nano wire array, growing aluminum-titanium oxide nano wire array, attaching titanium oxide nano particle on titanium oxide nano wire array, calcining prepared composite structure in nitrogen atmosphere and assembling sensitized light anode and battery.
