NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-coated aluminum foil involves performing plasma surface treatment on the aluminum foil by plasma equipment, and grinding and mixing graphene and polyacrylonitrile, adding a solvent to disperse to obtain a conductive slurry, and then coating both sides of the aluminum foil. The above-mentioned aluminum foil coated with conductive paste is dried in a drying oven, and then transferred to a quartz tube furnace, under the protection of inert gas, then heated up at a heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute, heat treatment for 1-3 hours, and finally cooled to room temperature in the furnace to obtain the required carbon-coated aluminum foil. USE - Method for preparing carbon-coated aluminum foil for lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared carbon-coated aluminum foil, that has significantly improved conductivity, and can effectively improve the conductivity of the carbon-coated layer and the adhesion between the carbon-coated layer and the aluminum foil, and when used in a lithium ion battery, the high-rate charge and discharge and cycle performance of the battery can be improved.
