NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide comprises adding concentrated sulfuric acid to beaker, controlling temperature at 10-15 degrees C, gradually adding 1.6 g graphite, 1.6 g potassium nitrate and 9.0 g potassium permanganate, stirring, heating for 10 minutes, heating to 40 degrees C, adding 120 mL distilled water, heating to 45 degrees C, adding 300 mL distilled water and hydrogen peroxide solution, changing color into bright yellow, standing to precipitate, centrifuging, water washing to neutral, adding water, ultrasonically dispersing, placing in culture dish and drying to constant weight in drying box. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has large amount of oxygen-containing reactive groups, high degree of peeling, crystalline structure and high activity. The method has simple steps and easy operation.
