NOVELTY - A chemical fiber is subjected to degreasing process, roughening process, sensitization process and activation process. The product is subjected to silver plating by preparing oxidizing solution using silver nitrate solution, preparing reducing solution, placing chemical fiber in the reducing solution, dripping the oxidizing solution, ultrasonically treating, removing chemical fiber, washing and drying. The silver-plated chemical fiber is added to ethanol solution of thiolated graphene, and thiol group and silver ions are bonded to obtain graphene-coated chemical composite fiber. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated chemical fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-coated chemical composite fiber having high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical strength and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A chemical fiber surface is subjected to degreasing process by providing ethanol solution having volume concentration of 180-240 ml/L as solvent, degreasing for 10-20 minutes, washing with deionized water and drying the obtained chemical fiber. The chemical fiber is subjected to roughening process by immersing in 70-90 g/L sodium hydroxide solution at 70-85 degrees C for 10-25 minutes and washed with deionized water. The resultant product is subjected to sensitization process by immersing roughened chemical fiber in 10-30 g/L sensitizing solution obtained by dissolving stannous chloride in hydrochloric acid and adding deionized water, at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, cleaning using alkaline solution and washing with deionized water. The resultant product is subjected to activation process by immersing sensitized chemical fiber in 100-300 ml activation solution obtained by dripping ammonia in silver nitrate solution having concentration of 0.5-3 g/L, obtaining reddish brown precipitate, continuing dripping until precipitate disappears and adding deionized water, at room temperature for 5-20 minutes, washing resultant product with deionized water and drying. The activated chemical fiber is subjected to silver plating by slowly adding aqueous ammonia to silver nitrate solution having concentration of 5-10 g/L, stirring until the precipitate disappears, adding 2-4 g/L sodium hydroxide, precipitating, slowly adding aqueous ammonia, stirring until precipitate disappears, obtaining oxidizing solution, preparing 10-20 g/L reducing solution by dissolving glucose in deionized water, placing chemical fiber in reducing solution, dripping oxidizing solution, ultrasonically treating for 10-20 minutes, removing chemical fiber, washing with deionized water and drying. The silver-plated chemical fiber is added to 1-5% ethanol solution of thiolated graphene, and thiol group and silver ions are bonded to obtain graphene-coated chemical composite fiber.
