NOVELTY - Anti-static composite clothes fabric comprises a base cloth layer (1). The top end of the base cloth layer is provided with an anti-static layer (2). The one side of the anti-static layer and the base cloth layer far away from each other is provided with a composite layer (3). The base cloth layer is made of Terylene (Polyethylene terephthalate) filament. USE - Used as anti-static composite clothes fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has micro porous structure, large specific area, strong adsorption function on peculiar smell, high deodorization capability, wear resistance, antibiosis resistance and moisture absorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-static composite clothes fabric, comprising (i) preparing composite solution and composite fiber, (ii) mixing and stirring the composite solution and composite fiber uniformly, allowing to stand, filtering, defoaming, ripening, then wet spinning to obtain composite fiber, passing through the yarn winding, doubling, twisting, warping and weaving to obtain composite layer, (iii) preparing metal fiber bundle and terylene fiber, using the spinning device, slowly stretching the polyester fiber and metal fiber, until it is broken into short fiber by doubling, twisting, adjusting the winding parameter to form roving and spinning, (iv) placing the spun yarn synthesized by two short fibres and terylene fiber into the composite solution, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 45-90 seconds and 15-20 seconds, irradiating by using ultraviolet light and drying at the same time to obtain an antistatic layer, and (v) placing the composite layer and anti-static layer in the step in the dyeing cylinder, adding anti-static antibacterial finishing liquid, stirring and mixing uniformly, dyeing for 30-45 minutes, taking out the dyed cloth, washing and dehydrating and placing into a drying box for drying, winding, doubling, twisting, warping, weaving, finally producing fabric and finishing and shaping the fabric DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the anti-static composite clothes fabric.
