NOVELTY - Fresnel high concentration thermoelectric heat extracting comprehensive application device comprises completely based on air synthetic nitric acid ester. A gas separation system is located at initial end of the device. One end of the nitric acid synthesis system and the methanol synthesis system respectively connected with the gas separation system. Other end is connected with the nitric acid ester synthesis system. A high power condensation generating system is carried with a synthetic high temperature reaction box (31). Two ends respectively energy storage box in double circulation cooling and heating system are connected with a water pipe (41) and an oil pipe (45) in series to form a methanol synthesis system and a nitric acid ester synthesis system. A solid hole plate (11) is set on inlet end of the gas pipeline (12) as air inlet pipeline. Two gas pipelines on upper part of gas separating system respectively connected with the two ends of ring-shaped coil pipe annular coil pipe (13).
