NOVELTY - Zinc-based pre-lithiation material (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful in carbon-coated zinc-based pre-lithiation material for lithium battery (all claimed) used as energy storage device for consumer electronic product, energy storage grid and electric fields. ADVANTAGE - (I): has particle size of 50 nm-50 um, delithiation capacity of 200-1000 mAh/g, and delithiation voltage of 3-6 V; can be added to the anode plate to release the capacity during the first cycle of formation, and plays the role of supplementing the active lithium ions in the battery. The method: is simple, and compatible with the existing battery core preparation technology; is suitable for industrial production, and can improve the first-cycle Coulomb efficiency and energy density of lithium-ion batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Zinc-based pre-lithiation material of formula (LixZnOy) (I) is new. x = 1-6; and y = 2-4.
