NOVELTY - The method for preparing polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane-doped nickel-coated graphene, involves mixing oxidized graphite and anhydrous ethanol, adding polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane solution, ultrasonically processing, removing the solid precipitate by filtration, obtaining polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane modified oxidized graphene suspension, adding inorganic nickel salt-hydrazine hydrate complex solution, stirring, centrifuging, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water and vacuum drying to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane-doped nickel-coated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane-doped nickel-coated graphene with graphene resistivity of less than 0.1 Omega .cm, saturation magnetization of greater than 3.5 A.m2/kg and permeability of greater than 0.3 mH/m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane-doped nickel-coated graphene, involves (1) mixing the oxidized graphite and anhydrous ethanol in a mass ratio of 1:60-80, adding polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane solution, stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours, transferring to ultrasonic cleaner for ultrasonic treatment, ultrasonically processing at 60-150 W for 10-30 minutes, removing the solid precipitate by filtration, obtaining polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane modified oxidized graphene suspension, (2) adding inorganic nickel salt-hydrazine hydrate complex solution to polyaminopropyl silsesquioxane modified oxidized graphene suspension, stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, centrifuging, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water and vacuum drying to obtain final product.
