NOVELTY - The tunable terahertz super surface comprises a metal ground plate, a dielectric layer, and a graphene metal layer sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The metal ground plate serves as a reflective substrate. The metal layer includes two pairs of graphene patches and two metal rings. The two metal rings are an outer metal ring and an inner metal ring. Two pairs of graphene patches are equipped between the outer metal ring and the inner metal ring. The material of the metal ground plate is gold or silver. The material of the dielectric layer is silicon dioxide. The side length of the metal ground plate and the dielectric layer are the same. The outer metal ring and the inner metal ring have the same center, different side lengths, and parallel four sides. USE - Tunable terahertz super surface. ADVANTAGE - The realization of the tunability of the super surface solves the problem that the single super surface unit structure cannot realize the wave absorption mode and the reflection mode at the same time.
