NOVELTY - Epoxy zinc-rich graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 5 pts. wt. main agent and 1 pts. wt. curing agent. The main agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 65-75 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-4 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. diluent, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin. The curing agent comprises 70-80 pts. wt. 7506 epoxy curing agent, 8-10 pts. wt. xylene, 5-6 pts. wt. butanol, and 4-6 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol methyl ether. USE - Used as epoxy zinc-rich graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating: can withstand more than 5000 hours of neutral salt spray test, improves protection of metals and extends the protection time, reduces frequency of spraying and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the epoxy zinc-rich graphene anticorrosive coating comprising (i) taking all the components of main agent and mixing, and using a high-speed disperser to pre-dispers the main agent until the viscosity of the mixture is 0.1-0.2 pa/seconds to obtain mixed color paste, (ii) grinding and dispersing mixed color paste by the sand mill for 20-30 minutes to obtain color paste, (iii) taking all the components of curing agent and mixing, adding the curing agent to the color paste and stirring with a mixer for 10-15 minutes to obtain semi-finished anticorrosive coating, and (iv) filtering the semi-finished anticorrosive coating with a bag filter.
