▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system (20) has a microscope (40) e.g. light microscope, having a field of view (42). An automated single-point sensor (46) e.g. spectrometer, includes a focal point. A stage supports a substance, where an actuator (54) moves the sensor and/or the stage relative to one another. An alignment controller identifies a location of the substance on the stage based upon signals from the microscope. An output sensor alignment signals to the actuator for aligning the location with the focal point based upon the identified location. A fluid droplet dispenser dispenses fluid containing the substance onto a deposition site of the stage. The single-point sensor array comprises a single point optical reader, where the single point sensor array is arranged on a single point substrate e.g.tissue sample. USE - Single point sensing system for use in a variety of applications to identify and analyze fluid compositions, to evaluate placement of materials e.g. inks such as graphene platelets and carbon nanotubes, by fluid dispensing, and to monitor or evaluate chemical and biological reactions and processes. ADVANTAGE - The system facilitates optical sensing with smaller fluid volumes and/or a denser arrangement of optical interrogation sites upon a substrate to reduce the consumption of fluid and the substrate upon which the fluid is deposited for interrogation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a single point sensing method comprising identifying a location of a substance on a stage based upon signals from a microscope; and (2) a non-transitory computer-readable medium involves set of instructions for instructions directing a processor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of portions of a single-point sensing system during positioning of stage supporting substance within a field of view of a microscope.
