NOVELTY - Wood plastic composite material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. compound biological fiber, 60 to 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 2 to 4 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Wood plastic composite material used in building materials and furniture materials. ADVANTAGE - Wood plastic composite material has good wear resistance and surface hardness, has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, has low cost, environmental protection and safety, reduces the production cost and is favorable for the environmental protection, and the cotton straw, the rape straw and the peach wood are agricultural recyclable materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wood-plastic composite material, which involves: (A) taking cotton straw, peach wood, rape straw and grinding into 30-45 mesh wood flour particles; (B) taking the wood powder particles and other components of the raw materials, putting in high-speed mixer and stirring at 400 revolutions per minute for 5-10 min to obtain mixed materials; and (C) adding mixed material into a hot press molding machine, and the molded wood-plastic composite material is be obtained by heat setting at a temperature of 200 degrees C and a pressure of 13 MPa for 10 minutes.
