NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene-glass composite material comprises growing graphene directly on the surface of a glass substrate by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PEVCD) method. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional graphene-glass composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, ensures strong bonding force of graphene with the glass substrate, precisely controls the vertical height of the graphene nano sheet, has strong repeatability, is economical due to use of soda-lime glass, realizes glass softening point temperature of 600 degrees C, and does not require introduction of catalyst, thus greatly simplifies the process of growing graphene glass composite.
