▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block comprises (i) calcining the ammonium diuranate powder at high temperature, converting the ammonium diuranate into U3O8, (ii) using concentrated nitric acid to dissolve the U3O8, obtaining acid-deficient uranyl nitrate solution, (iii) preparing the obtained uranyl nitrate solution into sol solution, (iv) preparing graphene suspension, (v) mixing the sol solution and graphene suspension liquid, stirring at low temperature to form mixed solution, (vi) heating the mixed solution to gelatinization, forming an aqueous uranium-graphene mixture gel, (vii) washing and drying the aqueous uranium-graphene mixture gel, obtaining gel powder, (viii) orderly drying and calcining the gel powder, reducing and sintering to obtain uranium dioxide-graphene composite powder, and (ix) sintering the uranium dioxide-graphene composite powder for densification sintering to obtain uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block. USE - The method is useful for preparing uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block with excellent uniformity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block, prepared as mentioned above. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for preparing uranium dioxide-graphene fuel core block (Drawing includes non-English language text).
