NOVELTY - Preparation of highly reliable polyimide resin wave-absorbing adhesive film with controllable fluidity involves concentrating polyimide resin solution to prepare polyimide resin matrix, placing polyimide resin matrix, absorbent, and inorganic filler in resin internal mixer for banburying rough mixing, and after rough mixing, using open mill to fine mix to obtain a wave-absorbing resin blank, placing wave-absorbing resin blank in precision calendar to carry out wave-absorbing film and rolling, and obtaining polyimide wave-absorbing resin film after rolling, and punching wave-absorbing resin film through a hole punch to complete the preparation of wave-absorbing film. USE - Preparation of highly reliable polyimide resin wave-absorbing adhesive film with controllable fluidity (claimed) used in electromagnetic protection, microwave darkroom, mobile communication, and military stealth. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide resin wave-absorbing adhesive film prepared by method has controllable curing fluidity, strong wave-absorbing performance and high reliability, uses puncher to punch holes in the wave-absorbing film to improve the exhaust characteristics of the wave-absorbing film.
