NOVELTY - Anti-ultraviolet flame retardant anti-cutting protection film comprises 64-66 pts. wt. modified polyethylene terephthalate, 22-24 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene, 11-13 pts. wt. polystyrene, 15-17 pts. wt. vermiculite fiber, 7-9 pts. wt. vermiculite graphene fiber, 3.5-3.7 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, and 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide. USE - Used as anti-ultraviolet flame retardant anti-cutting protection film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high intensity, is not damaged in the process of storage and transportation, can reduce the illumination and ultraviolet, and illumination caused by products, has strong flame retardancy, is capable of inhibiting products of high temperature damage, has mild flexibility, has improved decorative effect and using performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-ultraviolet flame retardant anti-cutting protection film comprising (i) heating modified PET, and linear low-density polyethylene to 180-200 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 20-30 minutes, adding the polystyrene, continuously heating to 240-250 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 15-20 minutes, to obtain a primary mixture, (ii) mixing uniformly titanium dioxide and nano zinc oxide, heating to 260-280 degrees C, adding a secondary mixture, stirring in vacuum at 230-240 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, where the vacuum degree is -0.08 to -0.1 MPa to obtain the second mixture, (iii) adding vermiculite fiber and graphene fiber in the second mixture,a after stirring for 25-35 minutes at 210-220 degrees C, naturally reducing the temperature to 160-180 degrees C, continuously stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain the tertiary mixture, (iv) placing tertiary mixture in the extruder and extruding at 210-220 degrees C, biaxially stretching, where the thickness is 0.21-0.23 mm, to obtain the primary film, (v) uniformly spraying 23-25 mg/l sodium benzoate solution to two sides of the initial film-forming, firstly, placing at 70-80 degrees C, where the environment humidity is 100%, allowing to stand to stand for 20-30 minutes, then placing at 25-30 degrees C and environmental humidity of 75-80%, and drying until there is no water, to obtain the anti-ultraviolet flame retardant anti-cutting protection film.
