NOVELTY - Preparing graphene resin composite material involves mixing a graphene powder with a resin master batch, plasticizer, a stabilizer, and a lubricant, and then heating and melting into a melt. The granulating and pelletizing are carried out to obtain a graphene resin composite material, which is then processed into LED lamp cup. USE - Method for preparing graphene resin composite material used in LED lamp cup on other heat sinks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene resin composite material which has good heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene resin composite material, which involves heating and melting the graphene resin composite material, and pre-heating to 80-90 degrees C after injection in the mold, shaping, cooling, and demolding.
