▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dots/carbon nanotubes/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) composite film comprises dispersing graphene quantum dots and carbon nanotubes into PEDOT:PSS matrix at solid mass ratio of 25-5:1:10. The composite film is black flexible composite film with not greater than 1 mm thickness. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots/carbon nanotubes/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method has good conductivity, high Seebeck coefficient, and not too high heat conductivity coefficient.
