NOVELTY - A nano graphene-modified powder is prepared by mixing graphene, graphene oxide and nano-ceramic to obtain graphene mixed powder, adding nanocrystalline ceramic, ultrasonically mixing graphene mixed powder in solvent (s1), mixing mixture, heating suspension to obtain graphene-modified material and drying graphene-modified material. 5-10 pts. wt. Nano graphene-modified powder, 55-80 pts. wt. solvent (s2), 50-70 pts. wt. high-molecular polymer and 8-10 pts. wt. additive are ultrasonically blended to obtain to obtain graphene-modified heat dissipation material. USE - Preparation of nano graphene-modified heat dissipation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano graphene-modified heat dissipation material with high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano graphene-modified powder is prepared by mixing 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 5-8 pts. wt. nano-ceramic to obtain graphene mixed powder, adding nanocrystalline ceramic including alumina nanocrystalline ceramic and aluminum nitride nanocrystalline ceramic in weight ratio of 5:3, ultrasonically mixing graphene mixed powder in solvent (s1), contacting particles of graphene mixed powder with each other to form network structure, mixing mixture at room temperature for predetermined time, heating suspension to evaporate solvent (s1) or to form volatile suspension to obtain graphene-modified material and completely drying graphene-modified material at predetermined temperature for predetermined time. 5-10 pts. wt. Nano graphene-modified powder, 55-80 pts. wt. solvent (s2), 50-70 pts. wt. high-molecular polymer and 8-10 pts. wt. additive are ultrasonically blended to obtain graphene-modified heat dissipation material containing 4-7 wt.% nano graphene-modified powder. The ultrasonic blending is carried out by stirring portion of solvent (s2) and high-molecular polymer and dissolving mixture at 45-65 degrees C, cooling mixture to room temperature to obtain polymer solution, adding nano graphene-modified powder to remaining solvent (s2), ultrasonically stirring mixture for 24 hours to obtain suspension, mixing suspension and polymer solution at 45-65 degrees C for predetermined time.
