NOVELTY - A conductive pressure sensitive adhesive comprises 25-35 pts. wt. acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive, 15-30 pts. wt. de-ionized water, 0.05-0.25 pt. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. coupler, 0.05-0.25 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.05-0.25 pt. wt. preservatives, and 60-75 pts. wt. graphene-modified silver powder. The graphene-modified silver powder comprises 5-6 pts. wt. graphene, 70-90 pts. wt. de-ionized water and 36-80 pts. wt. silver powder. USE - Conductive pressure sensitive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly conductive pressure sensitive adhesive has stable electrical conductivity, long service life, convenient storage, simple preparation, and reduces large production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the conductive pressure sensitive adhesive, which involves (1) uniformly mixing graphene, de-ionized water and silver powder, and placing the mixed solution on a magnetic stirrer for 1.5 hours at 50-70 degrees C using a vacuum oven, and drying at 100-120 degrees C, (2) uniformly mixing the obtained graphene-modified silver powder, de-ionized water, acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, defoamer, coupler and leveling agent, and stirring for 2-3 hours.
