NOVELTY - Preparing multi-composite processing self-lubricating steel bushing, comprises (i) quenching the bushing blank at high temperature, and tempering at middle temperature, and finishing the tempering treatment, (ii) roughly processing the bushing blank finished by hardening and tempering treatment, and setting oil storage hole in bush to obtain rough bushing, (iii) quenching the crude bushing at high temperature, and tempering at medium temperature, finishing the carburizing and quenching treatment, (iv) carrying out salt bath sulfur carbonitriding treatment to rough bushing, finishing the carburizing and quenching treatment, and (v) performing the first spraying for rough bushing of the salt bath sulfur carbonitriding treatment, coating is graphene lubricating coating, after finishing the first spraying, polishing the oxide layer, cleaning and drying, then spraying for second time, curing the coating to obtain final product. USE - The multi-composite processing self-lubricating steel bushing is useful for preparing bushing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multi-composite processing self-lubricating steel bushing has excellent self-lubricating performance, excellent wear resistance, increased compression resistance and reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing multi-composite processing self-lubricating steel bushing, comprises (i) quenching the bushing blank at high temperature of 870-900 ℃, and tempering at middle temperature of 580-630 ℃, heat preservation time is 2-4 hours and finishing the tempering treatment, (ii) roughly processing the bushing blank finished by hardening and tempering treatment, and setting oil storage hole in bush to obtain rough bushing, (iii) quenching the crude bushing at high temperature of 880-920 ℃, and tempering at medium temperature of 400-450 ℃, heat preservation time is 2-4 hours, finishing the carburizing and quenching treatment, (iv) carrying out salt bath sulfur carbonitriding treatment to rough bushing, finishing the carburizing and quenching treatment at a temperature of 400-450 ℃, heat preservation time is 3-5 hours, and (v) performing the first spraying for rough bushing of the salt bath sulfur carbonitriding treatment, coating is graphene lubricating coating, after finishing the first spraying, polishing the oxide layer, cleaning and drying, then spraying for second time, curing the coating, curing temperature is 200-210 ℃ and curing time is 1-3 hours to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for bushing obtained by above method in which bushing includes bushing main body and coating coated on the surface of bushing main body.
