NOVELTY - Fuel cell bipolar plate comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphite powder, 35-45 pts. wt. asphalt coke powder and petroleum coke powder, 8-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene and 5-10 pts. wt. ceramic bonding agent. The ceramic bonding agent is a silicate solution. USE - Fuel cell bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The bipolar plate has largebrittleness, good flexibility and excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and can meet the requirements of the fuel cell bipolar plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for forming a fuel cell bipolar plate, which involves: (A) mixing 40-50 pts. wt. graphite powder, 35-45 pts. wt. asphalt coke powder and petroleum coke powder, 8-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide, and 2-4 pts. wt. graphene respectively; (B) stirring uniformly to obtain a powder mixture; (C) adding 5-10 pts. wt. ceramic binder to the obtained powder mixture; (D) stirring; (E) mixing uniformly to obtain the base material; (F) cold pressing the obtained base material under a pressure of 300 torr to obtain a fuel cell bipolar plate blank; (G) roasting the obtained fuel cellbipolar plate blank at 350-400 degrees C for 4-5 hours; and (H) cooling to obtain the fuel cell bipolar plate.
