NOVELTY - A graphene silicone rubber comprises 6-10 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. silicone, 1-10 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. borate ester, 3-6 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. high-quality carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. copper powder, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 3-6 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-10 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 4-8 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. phthalate, and 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. graphene including graphene oxide, redox graphene, single-layer graphene, multilayer graphene, and other types of graphene materials. USE - Graphene silicone rubber is used for glass curtain wall sealant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene silicone rubber has excellent heat resistance, aging resistance, stress resistance, elasticity, low-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and a glass transition temperature of less than -60 degrees C.
