NOVELTY - Resin-type pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a polypropylene film substrate and an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, where the one side of the polypropylene film substrate is coated with a polysiloxane release agent, and the other side is coated with an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive. The acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising 100 pts. wt. acrylate copolymer, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt modified graphene oxide, 3-6.5 pts. wt. hydrogenated rosin, 2-5 pts. wt. epoxidized polybutadiene crosslinking agent and 5-20 pts. wt. p-phenylenediamine curing accelerator. USE - Resin-type pressure-sensitive adhesive tape used for lithium ion battery used in vehicle and to electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and hydrogen-powered vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The resin-type pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has excellent heat resistance, electrolytically-resistant and flame-retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a resin-type pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which involves: a. adding acrylate copolymer, modified graphene oxide, hydrogenated rosin, epoxidized polybutadiene crosslinking agent and p-phenylenediamine curing accelerator to ethyl acetate solvent, stirring well to obtain acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive; b. coating the polysiloxane release agent evenly on one side of the polypropylene film substrate, controlling the thickness to 0.1-0.3mm, putting in a drying oven for drying to obtain a polypropylene film with a release layer substrate; and c. coating acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive on the other side surface of the polypropylene film substrate containing the release layer, and controlling thickness of the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, placing in a drying oven to dry, and rolling up polypropylene film coated with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to obtain a product.
