NOVELTY - Method for preparing multifunctional simulated enzyme complex ball involves adding heme as a reducing agent, stabilizer and chloroauric acid, performing mineralization reaction under alkaline condition to form gold nano-cluster simulated enzyme with high catalytic activity, adding spherical graphene and ferroferric oxide, reacting mixture, and embedding product using sodium alginate and calcium ions. USE - The method is useful for preparing multifunctional simulated enzyme complex ball, which is used for catalyzing and degrading toxic organic substances such as phenol, methylene blue, rhodamine B in environment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective and simple to perform.
