▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reparing polyethylene/graphene nanocomposites, comprises reacting dibutyl magnesium with graphene oxide to form an intermediate, reacting the intermediate with titanium tetrachloride to obtain a graphene-based titanium Ziegler-Natta catalyst, using the graphene-based titanium Ziegler-Natta catalyst to catalyzing the polymerization of ethylene to obtain a composite masterbatch, mixing the composite material masterbatch with high-density polyethylene solution. USE - The method is useful for reparing polyethylene/graphene nanocomposites. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite: has excellent conductivity; can promotes the crystallization of polyethylene, increases the thickness, crystallinity and crystallization temperature; and enhances the thermal stability of the polyethylene matrix.
