The deionized water and ethanol are account for 20-50 wt.% quality of the waterborne polyurethane resin. The cross-linking agent is accounts for 1-5 wt.% quality of the water-based polyurethane resin. The defoamer is accounts for 0.5-2 wt.% waterborne polyurethane resin, and other additives are account for 0.5-5 wt.% waterborne polyurethane resin. USE - Functionalized graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anticorrosive coating has good anticorrosive performance, and simple to process, green and eco-friendly, and has extensive application in the field of anticorrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing functionalized graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) weighing functionalized graphene oxide powder in ethanol solution according to the above ratio, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, magnetically stirring for 20 minutes, and then ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes; (B) weighing waterborne polyurethane resin, slowly adding the functionalized graphene oxide dispersion suspension prepared in advance under the condition of rotating speed of 100-300 revolution per minute, increasing rotating speed to 600-800 revolution per minute, stirring for 0.5-1 hours, after mixing; (C) adding crosslinking agent to the mixing system, reducing the speed to 200-300 revolution per minute; and (D) adding defoamer and other additives to continue stirring for 0.5-1 hours to prepare functionalized graphene oxide modified waterborne polyurethane coating.
