NOVELTY - Heat conducting high damping vibration damping rubber material comprises 90-140 pts. wt. rubber mixture, 0.5-2 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 40-50 pts. wt. enhancer, 3-6 pts. wt. activator, 10-15 pts. wt. tackifier, 1-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, where rubber mixture is composed of 40-60 pts. wt. natural rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. bromobutyl rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxidized natural rubber and thermally conductive filler is MB-reduced graphene oxide obtained by reducing and functionalizing graphene oxide with 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. USE - The rubber material is useful for preparing automobile vibration-damping rubber components, preferably engine suspension, a limiting block, a plate spring abrasion reducing sheet, a rubber spherical hinge and a rubber lining ( all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material can solve the low heat-conducting problem of automobile vibration damping element rubber material, and improves the damping performance and dynamic aging service life of the component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermally conductive high-damping vibration-damping rubber material comprising (i) placing natural rubber, bromobutyl rubber, epoxidized natural rubber in an internal mixer according to the above-mentioned mass fractions and carry out banburying to obtain a rubber mixture; and (ii) adding thermally conductive filler, reinforcing agent, tackifier, activator, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, and anti-aging agent to the internal mixer according to the stated mass fraction, and continue to carry out internal mixing to prepare mixed rubber material; and (iii) placing mixed rubber material on a flat vulcanizing machine, and vulcanizing to obtain a thermally conductive high-damping vibration-damping rubber material.
