▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultrasound-assisted preparation of graphene oxide-doped nanozinc oxide liquid comprises dissolving zinc nitrate hexahydrate and graphene oxide in distilled water, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed liquid, adsorbing zinc ion in graphene oxide, ultrasound-assisted mixing in water bath to reach constant temperature, adding dropwise urea, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting under reflux, centrifuging, washing, drying and sintering under inert atmosphere. USE - Method for ultrasound-assisted preparation of graphene oxide-doped nanozinc oxide liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, easy-to-obtain raw materials, low cost and less pollution, and uses ultrasound to produce instant local high temperature and high pressure by cavitation bubble to promote breaking and chemical reaction. The liquid has good photocatalytic effect under low sun light irradiation.
