NOVELTY - An automobile plastic comprises nylon-6 material, graphene, titanium dioxide, zirconium silicate, terpene resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, dibutyl phthalate, polyacrylamide, acrylamide, aluminum nitrate, petroleum resin, polyethylene wax, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, calcium stearate, ultra-low-density polyethylene and additive containing clay, sepiolite powder, vermiculite powder, 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, montmorillonite powder, sodium carbonate, sodium fluoride, silver nitrate, vanadium diboride, clove, corundum powder and silane coupling agent. USE - Automobile plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The automobile plastic has excellent mechanical property, hardness, oxidation resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and anti-static property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An automobile plastic comprises 100 pts. wt. nylon-6 material, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 5-7 pts. wt. terpene resin, 6-9 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 12-15 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 8-10 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 4-6 pts. wt. acrylamide, 12-14 pts. wt. aluminum nitrate, 10-12 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 8-12 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 4-6 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 10-12 pts. wt. ultra-low-density polyethylene and 12-15 pts. wt. additive. The additive comprises 300-320 pts. wt. clay, 3-5 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 1-3 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 14-16 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 2-4 pts. wt. montmorillonite powder, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium fluoride, 1-3 pts. wt. silver nitrate, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. vanadium diboride, 1-3 pts. wt. clove, 1-3 pts. wt. corundum powder and 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The additive is obtained by adding clay to calciner, calcining at 710-740 degrees C for 3-4 hours, cooling, adding 10-12 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution, soaking for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing using water, drying, crushing to powder having particle size of 200-400 mesh, adding remainder raw material, grinding and dispersing. The automobile plastic is obtained by stirring graphene, polytetrafluoroethylene, dibutyl phthalate and additive for 10-15 minutes, extruding, pelletizing, adding nylon 6 and remainder raw material, melting, stirring for 5-8 minutes, extruding and granulating.
