NOVELTY - A graphene-N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide composite pre-dispersed masterbatch comprises 35-45 wt.% graphene, 20-40 wt.% N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 3-8 wt.% bis(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl)tetrasulfide, 7-15 wt.% ethylene propylene diene rubber, 3-5 wt.% ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 1-3 wt.% triethanolamine, 1-4 wt.% wetting agent, and 8-13 wt.% softening agent. USE - Graphene-N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide composite pre-dispersed masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide composite pre-dispersed masterbatch has improved mechanical property, aging resistance, product yield, production efficiency, strong operability, and relatively low Mooney viscosity, maintains the intrinsic activity of graphene and N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide, and uniformly disperses graphene and N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide in the masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide composite pre-dispersed masterbatch, which involves (1) weighing the required raw materials, (2) dividing ethylene vinyl acetate resin into two portions, adding ethylene propylene diene rubber into a mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes, adding 1/2 of ethylene vinyl acetate resin into the mixer, mixing for 3-6 minutes, adding 1/2 of ethylene vinyl acetate resin into the mixer, mixing at 85 degrees C to obtain base rubber material, placing the base rubber material in a mill, and milling at room temperature under glue-guide sheet to obtain base rubber, and leaving still, (3) dividing the base rubber obtained in the step (2) and graphene into three portions, heating at 70-80 degrees C, adding 1/3 of base rubber and 1/3 of graphene to the mixer, stirring at speed of 100-150 rpm for 1-3 minutes, adding 1/3 of graphene and bis(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl)tetrasulfide, stirring at speed of 100-150 rpm for 1-3 minutes, adding 1/3 of base rubber and 1/3 of graphene, stirring at speed of 120-160 rpm for 2-3 minutes, adding 1/3 of base rubber, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, triethanolamine, wetting agent and softening agent, stirring at speed of 100-120 rpm for 2-6 minutes, uniformly mixing the raw materials, and discharging at 80-90 degrees C to obtain rubber material, and (4) controlling the host rotating speed at 80-90 rpm, feeding the rubber material obtained in step (3) to an extruder, extruding, and granulating by 100 mesh filter screen.
