NOVELTY - Flame-retardant road sealant comprises 50-60 pts. wt. substrate asphalt, 8-12 pts. wt. styrene butadiene styrene, 8-10 pts. wt. magnesium-aluminum-zinc carbonate layered double hydroxide loaded with nano-silica, 15-18 pts. wt. waste plastic particles, 10-15 pts. wt. waste rubber powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 8-10 pts. wt. catalytic cracking oil slurry. USE - The flame-retardant road sealant is useful in the field of road surface repairing material. (claimed). Can be useful for industrial popularization. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant road sealant has high strength, good waterproof performance, water resistance, anti-aging performance and a wide range of applications. The method is simple and easy, and suitable for industrial promotion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the flame-retardant road sealant comprising (1) providing styrene butadiene styrene and catalytic cracking oil slurry and carrying out soaking pre-swelling, (2) heating a quantitative amount of the base asphalt, adding the pre-swelled styrene butadiene styrene and catalytic cracking oil slurry, and mixing by high-speed shearing, (3) heating gained feed liquid, and mixing the magnesium-aluminum-zinc carbonate layered double hydroxide and the waste rubber powder of the described loading nano silicon dioxide of loading of selected amount through high-speed shearing, and (4) continuously adding the waste plastic particles of selected amount and graphene oxide through high-speed shearing and mixing to obtain final product.
