▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing resinized graphene anticorrosive coating based on high temperature mechanochemistry involves taking graphene or graphene oxide and adding phenylenediamine to the graphene or graphene oxide aqueous solution for modification pretreatment. The graphene or graphene oxide is taken and added organic resin and solvent, and processed by high-temperature mechanochemical method. The obtained solution is centrifuged, suction filtered, and dried to obtain resinized graphene. The resinized graphene is mixed with organic resin, diluent, and additives, and prepared component A after mechanical stirring. The resinized graphene anticorrosive coating is prepared by uniformly mixing the A component and the B component curing agent. USE - Method for preparing resinized graphene anticorrosive coating based on high temperature mechanochemistry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared resinized graphene anticorrosive coating based on high temperature mechanochemistry, that has high bonding strength with the film-forming substance, reduces pore defects in the coating, and improves the barrier performance and mechanical properties of the coating, and obtaining better anti-corrosion ability.
