ADVANTAGE - The alpha -ferric oxide-graphene inverse opal structure has high photocurrent density and low sheet resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of alpha -ferric oxide-graphene inverse opal structure, which involves electrodepositing nickel, adding polystyrene particles, polyol, solvent, etchant and aqueous ferric chloride solution.
