NOVELTY - The method comprises adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide solution with concentration of 1-2 wt.%, mixing and dispersing cement, 0.1-0.3 wt.% polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0.01-0.05 wt.% graphene oxide solution and water to obtain cement slurry, putting cement slurry in material mixing device in one side of cylinder barrel (1), and extruding cement slurry at 20-80 MPa using piston (5). The mixing device comprises symmetrically arranged charging cylinder, channel (2), dispersing mechanism plate group (4) and extruding mechanism. The extruding mechanism comprises piston and driving motor (6). USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide cement slurry used in cement base material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxidized graphene cement slurry that has improved dispersion effect of the oxidation graphene dividing plate group is set on the two sides respectively the dispersing mechanism multiple middle of the distribution plate group provided with sawtooth-shaped opening of the plate is provided on the outermost side, and the mass percent of the oxidized graphite in the oxidization graphene solution is 1-2 %.
