▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing supported vanadium phosphorus oxide catalyst comprises (i) treating graphene particles, cleaning and drying; (ii) adding isobutanol, benzyl alcohol, vanadium pentoxide and treated graphene particles into a reactor with a reflux tube, heating and refluxing, where the weight ratio of the vanadium pentoxide to the graphene particles is 4:1-1:1; (iii) adding concentrated phosphoric acid into the reactor, returning, reacting for 4-8 hours to obtain vanadium phosphate-graphene particles, filtering, drying and roasting; and (iv) activating the granules obtained and shaping. USE - The catalyst is useful for catalytic oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing supported vanadium phosphorus oxide catalyst comprises (i) treating graphene particles at 60-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours using mineral acid, cleaning and drying, where the particle size of the graphene particles is 100-150 m; (ii) adding isobutanol, benzyl alcohol, vanadium pentoxide and treated graphene particles into a reactor with a reflux tube, heating to 105-115 degrees C and refluxing for 2-4 hours under ultrasonic conditions, where the weight ratio of the vanadium pentoxide to the graphene particles is 4:1-1:1 and the ultrasonic frequency is 10-20 MHz; (iii) adding concentrated phosphoric acid into the reactor, returning, reacting for 4-8 hours to obtain vanadium phosphate-graphene particles, filtering, drying and roasting; and (iv) activating the granules obtained and shaping. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for supported vanadium phosphorus oxide catalyst is prepared by above mentioned method.
