NOVELTY - The preparation method of electrochemical sensor involves weighing sodium citrate, 1-2 pts. wt. silver nitrate and 98 pts. wt. ultrapure water and then heating, stirring at 700-800 rpm, adding 1-2 pts. wt. sodium citrate solution and then boiling for 1-2 hours, adding 2-2.50 wt.% graphene oxide and silver solution and then washing using ultrapure water and anhydrous ethanol, placing in sulfuric acid solution, washing using ultrapure water and drying at 4-8 degrees C for 12-20 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparation of electrochemical sensor, which is useful for detection of non-enzyme catalyzed glucose in blood or urine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity.
