USE - Method is useful for preparing graphene microchip-reinforced masterbatch, which is useful for rubber and plastics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene microchip-reinforced masterbatch has high dispersibility and enhanced performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene microchip-reinforced masterbatch involves crushing diatomaceous earth, spray drying to obtain spherical diatomaceous earth particles, stripping graphite powder into liquid by mechanical stripping method, adding surfactant to the stripping process to obtain graphene microchip dispersion, uniformly dispersing the graphene microchip dispersion with a ceramic precursor to obtain a mixed solution, where stripping step is carried out by ball mill stripping method, grinding disc mill stripping method, sand mill stripping method, vibration grinding machine stripping method and ultrasonic stripping method, the liquid is water, methanol, ethanol or acetone and the ceramic precursor is butyl titanate, tetraisopropyl titanate, ethyl orthosilicate, triisopropoxyvanadium(V) oxide, zinc acetate or zinc nitrate, adding the mixed solution and spherical diatomaceous earth particles to a sealed container, carrying out vibration stirring, extracting gas in a closed container, sucking the spherical diatomaceous earth particles into the mixed solution at a vacuum degree of 0.01-0.1 kPa, adding a sugar adhesive, carrying out electrostatic spray drying to obtain spherical graphene microchip composite material, blending the spherical graphene microchip composite material with ceramic, flash sintering at 500-800 degrees C to obtain spherical graphene/ceramic composite material, stabilizing the graphene microchip in a pore channel of the ceramic diatomaceous earth, mixing the spherical graphene/ceramic composite material with rubber-plastic polymer in a mass ratio of 1:1-3, adding lubricant and dispersant, uniformly stirring, extruding and granulating to obtain the graphene microchip-reinforced masterbatch.
