NOVELTY - Preparing biliary stent material contains coating layer involves grinding and polishing substrate, polishing, removing oil, cleaning and drying, where oil is selected from sodium bicarbonate solution; selecting deionized water and auxiliary with ultrasonication and drying under condition of nitrogen; weighing polylactic acid and adding ethyl acetate solution to obtain coating solution; adding triclosan and adding to poly lactic acid solution, stirring uniformly to obtain coating solution; soaking pre-treated biliary substrate into coating liquid for 15-20 minutes, taking out and drying and then soaking again, repeating for 5-8 times, and drying in vacuum for 40-60 hours. USE - Method for preparing biliary stent material contains coating layer used for treating biliary tract obstruction caused by stone, inflammation, tumor and scar. ADVANTAGE - The method helps in improving antibacterial performance of biliary stent, and has good biological compatibility; avoids bacteria and protein material attached on surface of bracket, and reduces hemolysis rate of stent material to satisfactory level.
