NOVELTY - Preparing graphene transparent conductive film comprises (i) mixing methane as a carbon source with the protective gas, and performing chemical vapor deposition reaction to form a graphene film on the substrate, (ii) melt-blending the graphene film and the low density polyethylene in a mass ratio of 100:1-1.5 at 280-300degrees Celsius under the vacuum condition to obtain a blend, and (iii) preparing the blend through physical vapor deposition under vacuum conditions. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene transparent conductive film, which is useful for preparing electronic touch screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems that some wrinkles and discontinuities exist on the surface of the graphene film prepared by the vapor deposition method; and forms special complex film by graphene and polyethylene, which has both high transparency and high conductivity.
