NOVELTY - Preparing easily dispersible graphene composite powder conductive agent, comprises (i) stirring and mixing expanded graphite powder, other carbon material, dispersant, additive, intercalation expansion agent and deionized water to obtain mixed material (expanded graphite is completely wetted in water), where the intercalation expansion agent is ammonium inorganic substance that is easily decomposed into gas when heated, (ii) stripping the mixed material obtained in step (i) by stripping device, homogenizing and pulverizing to obtain graphene composite aqueous slurry, and (iii) drying the graphene composite aqueous slurry, heating and expanding to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing easily dispersible graphene composite powder conductive agent. ADVANTAGE - The conductive agent: is easy to add and disperse in various systems; has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity properties, which can solve difficulties in use of graphene powder for downstream customers, solve increase in cost after preparation of slurry and reduces difficulty for wide use of graphene powder.
