NOVELTY - A self-repairable anisotropic conductive film comprises bonding layer (A) and bonding layer (B). The bonding layer (B) comprises graphene oxide/acrylic resin/polyurethane resin network structure. USE - Self-repairable anisotropic conductive film used as bonding materials between electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The self-repairable anisotropic conductive film prepared by the method can be self-repaired after being broken, so that the condition is avoided. The excellent adhesion between the layers is achieved by hydrogen bonding. The self-repairable anisotropic conductive film is beneficial to excellent play effects by arranging the two bonding layer structures, and does not interfere with each other. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of self-repairable anisotropic conductive film, which involves dissolving the raw material of bonding layer (A) in a solvent (A), mixing to obtain binder solution (A), coating the binder solution (A) in substrate (A) to obtain bonding layer (A), dissolving the graphene oxide/acrylic resin/polyurethane resin network structure of the bonding layer (B) and the remaining raw materials in solvent (B), mixing to obtain binder solution (B), coating the binder solution (B) in substrate (B) to obtain bonding layer (B), and adhering the bonding layer (A) and bonding layer (B) and/or coating the bonding layer (A) and bonding layer (B) in the substrate (C).
