NOVELTY - Anti-static data cable comprises an outer skin layer. The material of the outer skin layer is modified TPR, and the TPR includes 80-100 pts. wt. SBS, 50-80 pts. wt. SEBS, 30-50 pts. wt. TPU, 30-50 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-10 pts. wt. functional additives, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafting compatibilizer. USE - Anti-static data cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an anti-static data cable, which involves: (A) wrapping the shielding layer outside the core; (B) wrapping the metal braid on the outside of the shielding layer; (C) squeezing the outer skin on the outside of the metal braid to obtain the data line body wrapped with the upper outer skin, material of the outer skin is modified TPR; (D) transporting data line body wrapped with the upper skin to the air duct to exchange heat with the air flow sucked into the air duct and ensuring that the cross-sectional area of the air duct gradually decreases from front to back along with the conveying direction of the data line body; and (E) transporting air-cooled data line body to the water-cooled pipe in a rotating state, and heat exchange is performed with the water jet sprayed into the water-cooled pipe.
