NOVELTY - Graphene luminous plastic master batch comprises 84-99 wt.% plastic chip, 0.1-15 wt.% graphene material, 0.1-1 wt.% modifier and 0.1-10 wt.% light emitting agent. USE - Used the graphene luminous plastic master batch. ADVANTAGE - The master batch: has antibacterial, far-infrared, anti-ultraviolet and luminescence properties, includes uniformly dispersed grapheme with long-lasting functionality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene luminescent plastic master batch, comprising (a) weighing each raw material, (b) adding the powder of graphene material and modifying agent into deionized water, stirring, heating, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a modified graphene slurry, freezing, drying to obtain a modified graphene powder, adding the powder into a container, sealing, vacuumizing, and filling under nitrogen protection, (c) drying the plastic chip, grinding the plastic chip to obtain a plastic chip powder, adding modified graphene powder and the light emitting agent into the plastic chip powder, transferring into a high speed mixer, mixing, and stirring to obtain a graphene plastic mixed powder, and (d) adding the graphene plastic mixed powder into a double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain the modified graphene luminous plastic master batch, sealing in an aluminum foil bag, and storing under vacuum.
