▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The heating element comprises a graphene layer of inclusion with a copper layer. A zinc oxide structure layer is provided, in which the graphene layer is laminated on both sides of a copper-containing layer. The zinc oxide nanostructure layer is laminated on other side face with a contact surface of the copper-containing layer and graphene layer. The zinc oxide nanostructure has a nano wall or a nanorode structure. An aluminum layer has a film or sheet form. USE - Heating element for use in a light emitting device element (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heating element comprises a graphene layer of inclusion with a copper layer, where the zinc oxide nanostructure layer is laminated on other side face with a contact surface of the copper-containing layer and graphene layer, and thus ensures excellent reliability and economical efficiency of the radiator and also extends life of the light emitting device element. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a light emitting device has an aluminum substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of a radiator. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
